D-Degios is an internal business system for authorised users only.

Authorised Use

• Users must only access information needed for their work duties.
• Login details must not be shared. Every action may be logged for security, safety, maintenance, HR, and audit purposes.
• Documents, signatures, PPE records, equipment records, inventory records, photos, and emails must be treated as confidential company records.
• Unauthorised copying, deletion, forwarding, or modification of records is not allowed.

Electronic Signatures

Finger signatures, checkboxes, timestamps, IP/session information, and returned signed records may be stored as evidence that a document, PPE issue, job sheet, checklist, or company instruction was received and accepted.

System Protection

The software, layout, database structure, workflows, logos, and records remain protected business assets. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the system.

Accuracy

Users are responsible for entering accurate information. If a mistake is found, it must be reported to an administrator so the audit trail can be preserved.
